What the Baby Boomer Retirement did for Gen Y

As this article (http://www.thefiscaltimes.com/Articles/2011/11/11/Gen-Y-vs-Boomers-Workplace-Conflict-Heats-Up.aspx#page1) points out that back in 2009, generation y’s were having very hard time finding employment due to the hiring of baby boomers. Now about 2 years after the baby boomers have long started retiring, the gen y’s are finding employment easily due to the understanding or gen x’s. So enjoy retirement baby boomers and all you gen y’s thank your gen x’s for your jobs!
